Pete Tunnicliffe is a passionate performance improvement consultant. He has over 25 years of experience helping clients tackle some of their most complex strategic projects.
He has led projects and project teams to improve quality and delivery performance and reduce leadtimes, inventories, and costs. He has managed global transformation programs and individual improvement projects. With particular emphasis in Lean continuous improvement and problem solving, Pete has worked in a wide variety of settings including the automotive, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, life sciences, and food industries.
Pete recently served a Fortune 500 client as the program manager for a year-long project to develop, pilot, and roll out a new Lean operating system across 120 locations in the US and Canada.
Prior to his work as an independent consultant, Pete was a partner in a boutique consulting firm which specialized in problem solving. There, he worked with client executive teams to lead and manage continuous improvement programs. He was also a Senior Manager in the supply chain practice at Ernst & Young and a Principal in the automotive practice at ATKearny.
