Since 2004, Scott’s passion for improving business operations has lead him as an internal consultant around the globe, utilizing Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, and Lean Transformation methodologies. His improvement initiatives have been highly focused around cost of goods sold, quality, service, and working capital, with business capabilities ranging from consumer products, aerospace & defense, and automotive. Scott has facilitated hundreds of business improvement events and transformation projects, including the training of several hundred individuals in Six Sigma and Lean. He is known for being a passionate advocate and practitioner of continuous improvement, and for his ability to bring together individuals of different talents, capabilities, and skillsets from all levels.
